NsGene has been granted European Patent No. EP 1 745 069 B1, covering the novel neurotrophic factor Meteorin (NsG33). NsGene has found promising therapeutic effects in models of nervous system disorders including Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and neuropathy. Read more.

NsGene’s advanced encapsulated cell biodelivery product for Alzheimer’s disease treatment now successfully implanted in six patients. Read more.

NsGene A/S today announced that its encapsulated cell (EC) biodelivery product, NsG0202, has successfully been implanted into the brains of three patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Read more.

NsGene's Clinical Trial Application (CTA) to start a phase Ib study of NsG0202 for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) has been approved by the Swedish Medical Products Agency (MPA) and the clinical trial will be initiated in March 2008. Read more.
